Head of Treasury (Real Estate)

Job Summary

Lead the treasury function by managing cash flow liquidity project financing banking relationships debt management and financial risk. Ensure adequate funding for real estate projects while maintaining compliance with financial policies and banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury strategies.
  
• Manage cash flow liquidity and working capital.
  
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and project funding.
  
• Manage banking relationships corporate loans project finance bank guarantees and LCs.
  
• Monitor debt facilities loan repayments and treasury risks (FX interest rate and liquidity).
  
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies IFRS and banking covenants.
  
• Prepare treasury and liquidity reports for senior management.
  
• Lead and mentor the treasury team.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration.
  
• MBA or professional certification (CTP CFA ACCA CPA or CA) preferred.
  

Experience

• 1215 years of treasury experience with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
  
• Mandatory real estate/property development experience.
  
• Strong background in project financing banking relationships debt management and treasury operations.
  
• GCC/Qatar experience preferred.
