HSE Officer(Offshore)

• Monitor offshore activities to ensure compliance with HSE procedures client standards and regulatory requirements.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks safety inspections risk assessments and job hazard analyses before work begins.
  
• Verify Permit to Work gas testing isolations and other required safety controls.
  
• Investigate incidents near misses and unsafe conditions and prepare corrective action reports.
  
• Coordinate emergency drills evacuation procedures and offshore safety awareness activities.
  
• Maintain HSE records inspection reports training documents and daily safety performance updates.
  

Requirements

* Must have atleast 4-6 years of offshore experience in the Oil & Gas / LNG sector .

* Must be a PTW QELNG Approved and have strong knowledge of PTW systems and offshore safety compliance.

* NEBOSH IOSH IGC or equivalent HSE Certifications.

* Valid TBOSIET H2S OMF Certifications.

Required Skills:

* Must have atleast 4-6 years of offshore experience in the Oil & Gas / LNG sector . * Must have strong knowledge of hse operation and offshore safety compliance. * NEBOSH IOSH IGC or equivalent HSE Certifications. * Valid TBOSIET H2S OMF Certifications.

Required Education:

Have a higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical
