JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Execute the inventory management strategy by conducting inventory control initiatives, managing the master data, monitoring the physical stock to ensure the accuracy of the financial records, coordinate and collaborate with end users to identify cost saving initiatives and implementing best practices for inventory optimization activities
4.1 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Master Date Management
- Create new Material Master, amend the existing one as required to maintain accurate Master Data
- Perform the MRP tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and warehouse teams to validate material descriptions, units of measure, and classifications.
- Monitor and rectify data variances, duplicate records, and obsolete material entries to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data.
- Maintain accurate, consistent, and up‑to‑date material master data within SAP and EWM systems, ensuring alignment with established governance standards and operational requirements.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
- Track and manage stock movements, receipts, issues, and transfers.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and documentation.
- Implement the plan of the physical inventory counts.
- Prepare, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stock and work with Procurement and End User department to develop action plans
- Proactively identify potential stock-out or overstock situations and alert relevant stakeholders with data-supported recommendations.
- Verify and Post the Service Entry for the contract own by the warehouse

- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices in order to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement all relevant Section’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across the Section to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Reporting
- Provide transparency to management on progress of Inventory management.
- Prepare reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet department requirements, policies, and procedures.
Qatarization
- Contribute to the development of Qatari employees. This accountability is applicable to expatriate employees only

Experience & Education Requirements Either / Or Either / Or Either / Or Education
Required High School / Secondary – 12th grade or 10th grade plus Vocational. 2 years of diploma in Engineering / Business Administration or any related discipline. 3 years of diploma Engineering / Business Administration or any related discipline.
Experience
Required Minimum 5 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in warehouse. Minimum 4 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in warehouse.
Minimum 3 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience in warehouse.
