Lead Medical Systems Analyst / Project Lead

The Lead Medical Systems Analyst / Project Lead is responsible for leading digital health healthcare transformation and operational improvement initiatives across Group Health & Medical Services. The role manages the full project lifecyclefrom business requirements gathering and planning through implementation change management and benefits realizationensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business and clinical objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare technology and transformation projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements map workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of healthcare systems including Hospital Management Systems (HMS) Patient Portals Telehealth CRM AI-enabled solutions and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop project documentation dashboards KPIs executive reports and governance artifacts.
• Drive change management user adoption training and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with governance regulatory data privacy and information security standards.
• Utilize reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI Tableau SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Health Informatics Healthcare Management Information Systems Computer Science Business Administration Industrial Engineering Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelors Degree.
• Proven experience in healthcare systems business analysis process improvement project implementation and stakeholder management.
• Experience in digital transformation healthcare technology or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 Agile Scrum Master Lean Six Sigma CBAP or Healthcare Informatics are an advantage.
