Site Inspector (Civil)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Inspector (Civil) to oversee and inspect civil and fit-out works ensuring compliance with project specifications quality standards and client requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience working on North Oil projects and large-scale developments in Qatar with the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors consultants and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect civil and fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and project standards.
  
• Monitor construction activities and verify that work is executed according to quality safety and contractual requirements.
  
• Conduct site inspections identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and project stakeholders to resolve technical and site-related issues.
  
• Review method statements material submittals and inspection requests.
  
• Prepare daily inspection reports site observations and quality documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with North Oil standards client requirements and relevant Qatar regulations.
  
• Support project handover activities and verify completion of punch list items.
  
• Attend site meetings and provide technical input on construction progress and quality matters.

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Qatar as a Site Inspector or in a similar role.
  
• Mandatory experience in North Oil projects and fit-out works on large-scale projects in Qatar and/or with multinational organizations.
  
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods quality control and inspection procedures.
  
• Familiarity with Qatar construction standards codes and HSE requirements.
  
• Excellent communication coordination and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in preparing inspection reports and technical documentation.
