Position Summary

The Contract Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of contract operations ensuring personnel perform assigned duties safely efficiently and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The role supports the Contract Manager by coordinating workforce activities monitoring schedules maintaining operational readiness and ensuring compliance with contractual and government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily contract operations and ensure efficient execution of all assigned tasks.
• Coordinate and monitor workforce activities to meet operational requirements.
• Assign work monitor productivity and ensure personnel adhere to established schedules.
• Support the Contract Manager in the administration and execution of contract requirements.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) company policies and government regulations.
• Monitor employee attendance performance and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify quality standards and contract compliance.
• Maintain accurate operational records reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with Government representatives subcontractors and internal departments as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety security environmental and quality assurance requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to maintain mission readiness.
• Assist with workforce planning scheduling and resource allocation.
• Support emergency response activities and operational contingencies when required.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen (Mandatory).
• High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum 35 years of supervisory experience in operations logistics facility management or government contract support.
• Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
• Ability to prepare reports maintain records and coordinate daily operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances and base access if applicable.

Preferred Experience

• Previous supervisory experience supporting U.S. Government Department of Defense (DoD) or military contracts.
• Experience working on military bases or logistics operations.
• Background in operations management workforce coordination or facilities support.
• Knowledge of government contract requirements quality assurance processes and operational reporting.
• Experience managing contract personnel in overseas contingency or deployed environments.
