Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Newborn Care to join a leading healthcare provider in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns ensuring patient safety and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

We welcome applications from qualified nurses currently based in Eastern Europe Uzbekistan and Thailand who are interested in relocating to Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to premature critically ill and medically complex newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
• Monitor and assess neonatal patients recognizing changes in condition and responding appropriately.
• Administer medications intravenous therapy and specialized neonatal treatments as prescribed.
• Operate and monitor neonatal medical equipment including incubators ventilators infusion pumps and patient monitoring systems.
• Assist physicians during neonatal procedures and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Educate and support parents and families regarding newborn care and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital infection control patient safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with neonatologists pediatricians respiratory therapists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Participate in continuous professional development and clinical education programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license/registration in the home country.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • Neonatal Care
  • Newborn Nursery
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar.
