Engineer (Key Customer)

* Manage relationships with key bulk water customers to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.

* Oversee the installation maintenance and performance of water metering systems ensuring metering accuracy and data reliability.

* Provide technical support on water metering billing and operational issues while coordinating timely resolution with internal teams.

* Monitor water consumption service performance and operational data preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Coordinate with operations metering and customer service teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

* Ensure compliance with ISO standards Health & Safety regulations and company operational policies.

* Maintain accurate technical documentation customer records and support customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

* Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

* Minimum 9 years experience in key account management water distribution systems or utility operations.

* Strong knowledge of water distribution networks bulk water operations and smart metering technologies.

* Proven skills in customer relationship management technical problem-solving data analysis and reporting.

* Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is preferred.
