Technical Coordinator (TL1–TL2

Role Purpose

Own the coordination layer of the presales process: track every submission, action and dependency across all live opportunities, and ensure nothing slips. Acts as the operational backbone that lets architects and engineers focus on technical work.

Roles & Responsibilities

Submission Tracking

• Maintain a master tracker of all live opportunities, submission deadlines and current status.
• Issue submission reminders and escalate at-risk deadlines to the GTM / Lead Solution Engineer.

Action & Dependency Management

• Log and chase actions from bid reviews and customer clarifications.
• Track cross-team dependencies (Architecture, SME, OEM, vendor) and flag blockers early.

Coordination & Logistics

• Schedule bid reviews, design workshops and handover meetings.
• Coordinate OEM / vendor inputs and document collection.
• Coordinate certification logistics and exam scheduling for the team.

Reporting & Odoo Hygiene

• Keep Odoo opportunity records current and complete.
• Produce a weekly submission and pipeline-status summary for the GTM.
• Support the weekly utilisation tracking process.

Candidate Requirements

2+ years in project / bid / PMO coordination, ideally in IT, telecom or System Integrator environments.

Education

Bachelor's in any discipline; IT or business background preferred.

Certifications

Desirable: CAPM / PRINCE2 Foundation; basic IT literacy (CCNA-level awareness an advantage, not required).

Skills

Strong organisation and follow-through; proficiency in Odoo or a comparable CRM; Excel / tracker management; clear written and verbal communication.

Behavioural

Highly organised, proactive chaser, calm under deadline pressure, detail-oriented, comfortable holding senior staff to commitments.

Career Path

TL1–TL2 → Solution Engineer (TL2) for candidates who develop technical depth, or specialisation as a senior coordinator / PMO lead.
