Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Engineer with 57 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. The candidate will be responsible for the design installation maintenance testing and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design review and implement instrumentation and control systems for oil and gas projects.
• Prepare and review instrument specifications datasheets loop drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Coordinate installation testing commissioning and start-up activities.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of field instruments control valves transmitters analyzers and PLC/DCS systems.
• Ensure all instrumentation activities comply with project specifications safety standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct inspections calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments and control systems.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare technical reports documentation and progress updates.
• Support shutdown turnaround and commissioning activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 57 years of experience as an Instrumentation Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of PLC DCS SCADA and field instrumentation systems.
• Experience in calibration testing and commissioning of instrumentation equipment.
• Familiarity with international standards and safety regulations applicable to the Oil & Gas sector.
• Good problem-solving communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in refinery petrochemical or offshore/onshore oil and gas projects.
• Knowledge of hazardous area classifications and intrinsically safe systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
