Require a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Qatar

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets cost estimates and financial forecasts.
  
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and perform detailed quantity take-offs.
  
• Manage tendering activities evaluate bids and assist with contract negotiations.
  
• Monitor project expenditure and implement effective cost-control measures.
  
• Prepare valuations variations claims and final accounts.
  
• Review and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Provide regular cost reports and commercial updates to management.
  
• Identify commercial risks and recommend practical cost-effective solutions.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  
• Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of cost estimation budgeting procurement and contract administration.
  
• Experience in handling project variations claims and final account settlements.
  
• Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software is an advantage.
  

Required Skills:

Engineer Certified Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems in a construction or project management environment Strong organizational and documentation management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven setting Proficiency in project lifecycle administration and process optimization
