Minimum Requirements Candidates with a background or experience in biostatistics are preferred, with essential knowledge of Statistical Quality Control tools such as check sheets, histograms, Pareto charts, cause-and-effect diagrams, scatter diagrams, control charts, and flowcharts, while advanced skills in predictive modelling, machine learning, and Bayesian inference will be considered a strong asset.

Full-time Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare related field.
Licensing :

Essential Experience :
4+ Years Clinical Experience in healthcare.
At least 1 Year Experience in Quality & Patient Safety / Risk Assessment field.
Certifications : Quality Certifications :
CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality)or CCPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety).
Specification Support the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care by driving performance monitoring, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role contributes directly to the hospital’s accreditation readiness and quality excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Monitor and support quality improvement initiatives and performance indicators
Assist in developing and reviewing QA policies, procedures, and clinical documentation
Collect and analyze data related to patient safety, incidents, and satisfaction surveys
Conduct audits, support internal reviews, and contribute to risk assessments
Prepare summary reports, facilitate quality-related meetings, and coordinate stakeholder communications
Support compliance with international accreditation standards
