Position: Ophthalmologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat diseases injuries and disorders of the eyes and visual system.
• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Prescribe medications corrective lenses and treatment plans as required.
• Conduct ophthalmic procedures and surgeries within the scope of specialty practice.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental activities.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent).
• Specialist or Consultant qualification in Ophthalmology.
• Valid medical license and eligibility for licensing in Qatar with surgical privileges.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Ophthalmologist.
• Strong clinical surgical and communication skills.
