Senior Instrumentation Technician Offshore
| Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field instrumentation and control systems. Support offshore production operations by ensuring the availability and reliability of instrumentation equipment. Participate in shutdowns start-ups commissioning and emergency maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with offshore HSE regulations permit-to-work systems and company procedures. Maintain accurate maintenance records and calibration certificates Calibrate test and maintain transmitters control valves analyzers and other field instruments. Troubleshoot and repair PLC DCS ESD Fire & Gas and SCADA systems. Perform loop checks cause-and-effect testing and functional testing of safety-critical instrumentation system |
Requirements
810 years of experience in maintenance of oil & gas production installations
Higher National Diploma (HND) Higher National Certificate (HNC) BTS/DUT or equivalent technical qualification
