Dimensional Control Surveys: Perform dimensional control (DC) surveys on offshore structures modules and equipment to ensure alignment and fit-up accuracy.
Verification: Verify structural positioning tolerances and orientation against engineering drawings and specifications.
Data Collection: Collect precise measurements using laser scanning total stations and other survey instruments.
Reporting: Prepare survey reports dimensional deviation logs and provide corrective recommendations.
Coordination: Work closely with construction structural and QA/QC teams to resolve dimensional issues.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to offshore HSE standards permit-to-work systems and safe survey practices.
Diploma/Degree in Surveying Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of offshore dimensional control survey experience.
Strong knowledge of laser scanning total station surveying and offshore alignment procedures.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings 3D models and survey data.
Familiarity with ISO API and NOC standards for offshore construction.
Laser DC Survey Qualification (MDR/Equivalent)
