Primary Purpose of the Job

• Requires high-level judgment to support supervisory decisions.
• Coordinates across multiple units under tight timelines.
• Exposure to toxic gases, high temperatures, and emergency conditions.
• Works 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and holidays.
• Maintains continuous situational awareness across shift roles.

Required Experience and Skills

• 8 years refinery/chemical plant operations experience.
• 3 years as Senior Operator or equivalent.

Educational Qualifications

• Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent.
• HNC/Technical Diploma in Chemical/Process Engineering preferred.
