Senior HSE Officer

We are seeking for a Senior HSE Officer who will be responsible in leading HSE and process safety activities including risk analysis HAZOP HAZID QRA MOC PTW and contractor HSE performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor HSE and process safety activities.
  
• Review project specifications and deliverables for HSE compliance.
  
• Conduct risk analysis HAZOP HAZID What-if studies and participate in QRA.
  
• Review MOC for process equipment and chemical changes.
  
• Provide technical safety guidance for critical construction and operational activities.
  
• Promote process safety culture and ensure closure of HSE recommendations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferably Chemical Engineering.
  
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
  
• CSP certification is preferred.
  
• Minimum 15 years experience in petrochemical / oil & gas industry.
  
• Minimum 8 years experience in process safety.
  
• Strong knowledge of HAZOP HAZID QRA MOC PTW JSA and process safety management.
  
• Fluent in English.
  

Required Skills:
