Sr. Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

Leads instrumentation and control system quality surveillance contractor monitoring inspection review and technical coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inspection and quality monitoring of instrumentation and control systems.
  
• Review contractor / subcontractor ITPs method statements inspection records and test certificates.
  
• Supervise installation testing calibration and commissioning-related inspection activities.
  
• Verify quality records traceability and compliance with drawings and specifications.
  
• Coordinate with EPC contractors subcontractors and discipline engineers.
  
• Raise NCRs and submit senior-level inspection and quality reports.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation / Automation Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Electrical qualification is desirable.
  
• Minimum 15 years of experience in instrumentation works within oil & gas / petrochemical projects.
  
• Strong experience in PLC DCS automation systems testing inspection and quality control.
  
• Excellent knowledge of international standards QA/QC systems and project documentation.
  
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office / discipline-specific software.
  

Required Skills:
