Sr. Civil & Steel Structure Engineer

Leads civil and steel structure quality inspections contractor surveillance testing activities documentation review and compliance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil and steel structure inspection activities at site.
  
• Review and approve contractor ITPs method statements inspection records and test certificates.
  
• Supervise quality audits surveillance inspections and testing activities.
  
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications project procedures and international standards.
  
• Review NCRs corrective actions and senior-level inspection reports.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large oil & gas / petrochemical civil works.
  
• Strong experience in civil construction steel structures foundations roads buildings fireproofing and quality inspection.
  
• Good knowledge of international codes standards QA/QC systems and ISO requirements.
  
• Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
  

Required Skills:
