Manager People & Development

The position will drive the over-all learning and talent development function across all assets. The role requires strong organizational and administrative skills computer skills and engagement skills across all levels.

• Lead and drive in organizing the recording reporting and reviewing of all learning and development materials resources records reports etc.
• Organize New Team Member Orientation from enrollment welcoming facilitating sections and engaging throughout the program.
• Lead and liaise with departmental trainers to support their needs and report submissions.
• Liaise with functional Program Leads to support in organizing their training refreshers and other training needs.
• Drives grooming standards across all departments.
• Drives training needs analysis and annual training plan cycle.
• Supports other learning and development programs initiatives.
• Passionately shows eagerness to learn develop humble kind and engage with all team members.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and wants to make a positive impact across the assets.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in HR Hospitality Management Learning & Development or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development Training or HR preferably in similar role.
• Strong experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and developing annual training plans.
• Excellent communication presentation facilitation and engagement skills across all levels.
• Strong organizational administrative and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in onboarding orientation programs and coordinating with departmental trainers and leaders.
• Passion for people development continuous learning coaching and promoting positive workplace culture.
