Facility Head

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily facility operations maintenance real estate and contracting activities
• Oversee maintenance renovation and project works
• Coordinate with contractors suppliers consultants and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor operational performance budgets and maintenance schedules
• Handle property inspections lease matters and facility-related operations
• Lead facility teams and ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain smooth coordination with management and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 8–12 years of experience in facilities management real estate and contracting operations
• Strong experience in handling building maintenance and property-related works
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems
