Procurement and Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities including sourcing supplier coordination and purchase order processing
• Obtain quotations evaluate supplier proposals and support negotiations on pricing and terms
• Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders in ERP/SAP systems
• Maintain supplier databases and monitor supplier performance
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and procedures
• Coordinate transportation shipment and delivery of materials and equipment
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure accurate documentation
• Liaise with freight forwarders logistics providers and internal stakeholders
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics-related issues
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
• Support procurement and logistics functions through effective coordination and follow-ups
• Work closely with internal departments and warehouse teams to align material requirements and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate records of procurement and logistics transactions and prepare reports as required
• Assist in monitoring KPIs performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in team performance reviews and development planning
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental objectives

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or a related field

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement logistics or supply chain operations
