QS (Quantity Surveyor)

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Location: Ras Laffan (NFE Project)
Duration: 2–3 months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Monitor project costs and track variations.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and cost reports.
• Evaluate subcontractor measurements and payments.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with site and project teams for progress and cost control.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
• Good knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and cost estimation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
