ELV Engineer

Job Title: ELV Engineer

Job Purpose:
Manage and maintain all ELV systems to ensure smooth operations compliance with regulations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain ELV systems (Fire Alarm CCTV Security BMS Lighting Control FM200 etc.)
• Ensure compliance with NFPA QCD MOI-SSD and other standards
• Manage AMC/non-AMC contractors and maintenance activities (PPM & CM)
• Coordinate work permits (PTW) and ensure timely task completion via CMMS
• Prepare for and support government inspections

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics or related field
• 35 years of ELV experience
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and ELV systems
• Strong coordination communication and multitasking skills
• Proficient in English

• System uptime
• Maintenance completion rate
• Compliance with regulations
• Successful inspections
