Civil Engineer 6 Months

• Bachelor degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction including at least 8 years on substation projects.
• Oversee and manage one or more construction sites with full accountability
• Plan and execute construction of substation developments
• Ensure adherence to Qatars construction standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate effectively among contractors from various disciplines to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts related to civil MEP and electrical domains.
• Follow up on design-related issues and ensure timely resolution in coordination with design teams
• Supervise civil contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality progress and compliance with project specifications
• Issue formal notices regarding delays and respond professionally to communications from and to contractors
• Review and assess material submittals method statements and risk assessments to ensure suitability and compliance
• Prepare and submit all required site documentation to Consultant and Client in accordance with project protocols
• Monitor construction progress quality standards and safety measures rigorously
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and achievement of project milestones
• Demonstrate flexibility to work under pressure and extended hours when required
• Exhibit a high level of dedication responsibility and professionalism in all aspects of site management
