Job Title: Facilities Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with hands-on experience in facilities management, ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor facility performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost savings
• Handle breakdowns and emergency maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service reports, and asset data
• Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement of materials/services
• Assist in facility upgrades, renovations, and project execution

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil or related field)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management or maintenance
• FM (Facilities Management) experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, MEP, Fire & Safety)
• Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
