Job Title: Landscape Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Specialist to manage and maintain landscaping operations within a Facilities Management (FM) environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in horticulture landscape maintenance and irrigation systems ensuring the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all landscaping and horticultural activities across the facility
• Plan design and implement landscape improvement projects
• Supervise landscape maintenance teams contractors and vendors
• Ensure proper maintenance of lawns plants trees irrigation systems and hardscape elements
• Monitor plant health soil conditions pest control and fertilization programs
• Develop and implement seasonal planting plans and landscape schedules
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Agriculture Horticulture Landscape Management or related field
• Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification is preferred

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Facilities Management (FM) industry

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of plants irrigation systems and landscape design
• Experience in FM operations and outdoor asset management
• Leadership and team management skills
• Budgeting and project management capabilities
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
