Tendering & Proposal Engineer

1. Review and analyze tender documents (RFPs RFQs ITTs) to understand project scope specifications and client requirements.
2. Evaluate risks and support bid/no-bid decisions based on technical and commercial feasibility
3. Prepare detailed cost estimates & BOQ.
4. Prepare technical submissions aligned with client specs.
5. Develop the technical packages for the RFQ’s and Tender.
6. Ensure all technical submissions comply with client specifications and industry standards
7. Review contract terms to identify risks deviations and key obligations
8. Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering procurement and finance for necessary inputs
9. Communicate with clients to clarify technical and commercial queries during the tender stage
10. Compile and submit complete bid packages in line with requirements and deadlines
11. Participate in post-bid clarifications negotiations and proposal revisions if required
12. Support project handover to execution teams upon award of contract
13. Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and track outcomes for future reference
14. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve bidding strategies.
