Stakeholders management

• Stakeholders Management requires coordination with the vendors and the External Stakeholders and it includes:
• Stakeholder Tracking and support including the logistics setup Access to space internet shared folder etc.
• Project Management Support for the Project Managers
• Related to the Project Management Activities including but not limited to MoMs Project charter alignment Risk Register Issue logs follow-ups on deadlines and collection of deliverables.
• Reporting
  
  • Reporting requirements include:
  • Project level reports including status updates effective reporting and escalation of project level achievements risks issues etc. that will be presented to executive level management
