Warehouse Storekeeper

JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles & Responsibilities

• Higher national diploma (HND) or Diploma in an Engineering from a
• recognized professional institution or Bachelor's degree from a recognized
• University or an equivalent Educational Qualification approved by Head of
• Warehouse.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehousing environment with a minimum
• of 2 Years in the oil and gas sector and with at least 2 years at Senior Storeman level.
• Experience in dealing with vendors suppliers and contractors in the oil and
• gas sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP WM module will be an advantage.
• Good written and oral English skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.
• Good adaptability to multinational environments with wide exposure to
• various cultures and customs.
• IMDG Certificate

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain smooth coordination with other storekeeper end-user focal points
• other supply organization personnel.
• Work with Supervisors closely to update statistics on a daily basis and
• ensure smooth operation and unform policy & procedure implementation.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all transactions posted in system.
• Ensure safe material handling and good housekeeping in respective work environment.
• Ensure all works performed within warehouse premises are executed per
• JSA meeting all work management requirement.
