Responsibilities:

• Shall have hands-on experience in troubleshooting inspection testing and preventive maintenance of the following types of Instruments

• Transmitters (Pressure Level Flow Temperature)

• Switches (Pressure Level Flow Temperature)

• Analyzers (pH and Conductivity)

• Vibration Instrumentation (Accelerometers Velometers Proximity Probes Speed Probes Proximitors)

• Valves (Control Valves On-Off Valves Solenoid Valves)

• Valve Accessories (Solenoid Valves Valve Pneumatic and Electropneumatic Positioners Pneumatic Relays Air Regulators and Filters Lubricators)

  • Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Hand tools

  • Shall have hands-on experience in the usage of Test Instruments in calibration troubleshooting configuration and testing of instruments

  • Shall have hands-on experience in the removal installation and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement

  • Shall have the proven competency and experience as required in the relevant Scope of Work

  • Shall have basic report-writing skills

  • Shall be able to communicate well in written & spoken English.

  • Shall have an awareness about safety requirements of working in a Fertilizer Plant

  • Shall be well versed with work permit system in large scale process industries

• Shall have an awareness with PPEs used in a Fertilizer Plant

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma in respective trade (123 years)

• 05 years relevant and hands-on experience in respective trade in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency.
