Position Title: Employee Relations Assistant

Department: Human Capital

Location - Doha Qatar

Job Objective:

To assist in activities related to Employee Relations in order to ensure systematic application of HC policies and procedures and day to day support in all Employee Relations matters in order to provide an efficient service to management and employees.

• Disciplinary Actions
• Employee Records and Documentation
• Employee Engagement

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations

• Good understanding of the organization
• Good command of English and Arabic
• Proficient organizational skills
• Communication skills
• Problem solving
• Microsoft Office computer skills
