Transport Coordinator

Position: Transport Coordinator
Location: Doha Qatar

We are hiring a Transport Coordinator to manage daily fleet operations driver coordination and vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage vehicle schedules and driver assignments
• Monitor fleet usage GPS tracking and fuel consumption
• Ensure timely vehicle maintenance and compliance
• Coordinate with operations for transport requirements
• Maintain records and prepare fleet performance reports

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors in Logistics Transportation or related field
• 25 years of experience in fleet or transport coordination
• Valid driving license
• Knowledge of GPS tracking and fleet systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Skills:

• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
