Senior Network And Security Administrator CISM Banking

We are currently looking Senior Network And Security Administrator our Qatar operations.

Education :

• A bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field is typically required.

Experience : 5 to 10 years or more.

• Should have several years of experience in Banking network environment and security roles before advancing to a senior position.

This can range from

• NAC and Firewall Exposure are Required Should be good with Avanti Pulse Secure Or Aruba Clear Pass.

Networking Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
• Certifications like CompTIA Network and CompTIA Security can also be valuable for foundational knowledge.

Security Certifications: Security-focused certifications

• Certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are highly regarded.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols technologies and architectures is essential.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and firewalls.
• Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) and VPN technologies.
• Knowledge of network security best practices including threat detection and mitigation.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues.
• Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
