Position: Dental Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to support dentists in delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical support skills knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during examinations and dental procedures.

• Prepare treatment rooms instruments and materials before procedures.

• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols are followed.

• Take and record patient medical histories and maintain accurate records.

• Provide chairside assistance during treatments.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

• Manage appointment preparation and patient flow efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.

• Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting or related field.

• Valid license or eligibility for licensing preferred.

• Strong knowledge of dental instruments sterilization and clinical procedures.

• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
