Key Responsibilities

1. Social & Digital Strategy Development

• Build and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to brand and campaign objectives.

• Identify trends audience behaviors and platform opportunities to guide strategic planning.

• Manage social media campaign roadmaps for shows brands and corporate initiatives under Dallah Holding Media.

2. Content Ideation & Development

• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and engaging content concepts.

• Oversee content productionphotos videos scripts captions and creative assetsaligned with Dallah Holding Medias tone and visual direction.

• Collaborate closely with creative production and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists content creators and community managers.

• Delegate tasks review outputs and coach the team to ensure high-quality execution.

• Work with internal departments and external partners to synchronize campaign efforts and brand messaging.

4. Analytics Reporting Monitoring & Listening

Qualifications

• Experience in team supervision or management.

• Excellent communication project management and creative thinking abilities.
