Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Officer/Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities for a textile manufacturing setup. The role involves sourcing raw materials accessories and services while ensuring cost efficiency quality compliance and timely delivery from suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle from requirement planning to supplier delivery
• Source and procure raw materials accessories and services required for textile manufacturing
• Identify evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best cost quality and delivery terms
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality-related issues
• Coordinate with production planning and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports cost analysis and vendor comparisons
• Ensure timely procurement to support production schedules

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate degree (mandatory)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement
• Strong exposure to textile manufacturing industry
• Proven experience in sourcing raw materials and accessories
• Good negotiation analytical and vendor management skills

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities
• Cost optimization and strategic sourcing expertise
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
