Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Duration: 3-6 Months
Location: Ras Laffan , QATAR
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer for an Oil & Gas project in Qatar.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Proven hands-on experience in:
Electrical testing and troubleshooting
Motors (LV/MV) installation, maintenance, and testing
Switchgear maintenance, testing, and commissioning
Control circuits, motor control centers (MCCs), and electrical control systems
Experience in preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
Familiarity with commissioning, fault diagnosis, insulation resistance testing, continuity testing, and electrical safety procedures.
Experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, LNG facilities, gas processing plants, or offshore/onshore Oil & Gas projects is preferred.
