Architectural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer specializing in structural building finishing works to oversee and manage finishing activities across infrastructure and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship compliance with project specifications and smooth coordination with structural and MEP teams to deliver projects on schedule.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

- Minimum 710 years of experience in structural building finishing works.

- Strong knowledge of finishing materials construction methods and workmanship standards.

- Experience in infrastructure utility industrial STP water wastewater or pump station buildings.

- Proven experience in managing architectural finishing works (walls plastering flooring ceilings cladding waterproofing doors windows painting).

- Ability to coordinate with structural and MEP teams and manage subcontractors on site.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD with strong experience in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals.

- Experience in snagging QA/QC inspections and project handover documentation.

- EPC or construction contractor site experience preferred.
