Facility Management Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC Fire Alarm and MEP systems particularly in high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates BOQs tender submissions and technical evaluations for facility management contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Facility Management (FM) projects
  
• Analyze drawings specifications and scope for HVAC Fire Alarm and MEP systems
  
• Prepare BOQs material take-offs and pricing sheets
  
• Conduct site visits for assessment and scope verification
  
• Coordinate with procurement team for vendor quotations
  
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing
  
• Prepare tender documents and commercial submissions
  
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
  
• Support technical clarifications during bidding stage
  
• Assist in variation cost estimation and project budgeting
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  
• Minimum 510 years experience in MEP/FM estimation
  
• Proven experience in High-Rise Building Estimation Projects
  
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers AHU FCU Ducting)
  
• Good understanding of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems
  
• Experience in BOQ preparation and tender documentation
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and estimation software
  
• Strong analytical and cost control skills
  
• GCC experience preferred
  
• Available for immediate joining
