F&B Guest Service Ambassador
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Respond promptly to guest queries requests and complaints.
Assist with event setups menu presentation and table arrangements.
Ensure overall guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
