EAMS Technician (Roads O&M)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical EAMS Technician (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) for road operations and maintenance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of road infrastructure assets.

• Operate and maintain the Enterprise Asset Management System for road infrastructure
• Collect analyze and input data related to road assets and maintenance activities
• Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making in road operations and maintenance
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection
• Assist in the development and implementation of asset management strategies
• Perform quality checks on data entries and resolve discrepancies
• Support the integration of GIS data with the EAMS
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management processes and procedures
• Provide technical support and training to system users as needed

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in road maintenance
• Proficiency in Enterprise Asset Management Systems
• Strong knowledge of road maintenance and operations practices
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with asset management systems
• Understanding of road infrastructure and maintenance practices
• Knowledge of asset management principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications in asset management or road maintenance (preferred)
• Willingness to work in Doha Qatar and adapt to local work culture
