JD FOR Database Operator / Junior Planner

Department: Planning

Reporting To: Sr. Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update project-related data (schedules manpower equipment progress) in planning database.

Ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency across all planning documents.

Coordinate with various departments for timely data collection.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering field

Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables formulas) and experience with database tools.

Familiarity with project planning software (Primavera P6) is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong data entry and analytical skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet strict deadlines.

Able to read structural drawings and piping isometric drawings to develop database with minimum supervision.

Preferred Experience:

2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a construction fabrication project environment.

Experience in data handling.
