Service Administrator

We are seeking a Service Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to service and operations teams ensuring smooth scheduling accurate documentation and effective communication with clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate service requests job orders and work schedules
  
• Prepare and maintain service reports job cards and records
  
• Communicate with clients regarding service status schedules and updates
  
• Support service engineers/technicians with documentation and logistics
  
• Maintain service databases timesheets and attendance records
  
• Prepare quotations invoices and service-related documentation
  
• Track service completion and follow up on pending tasks
  
• Handle purchase requests material tracking and service-related records
  
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards
  
• Support audits and management reporting
  

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  
• 25 years experience in service administration or operations support
  
• Experience in engineering facilities or technical services preferred
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook)
