GRC Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative tasks including receiving and addressing complaints conducting investigations and responding to inquiries.
  
• Review personal data management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  
• Assess data privacy risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  
• Evaluate requests for processing sensitive data and escalate them to the manager for approval.
  
• Implement procedures related to complaints and investigations ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  

Certifications:

• Data protection certifications preferred such as Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or equivalent.
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in English is required.
  

Additional Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and privacy principles.
  
• Familiarity with cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  
• Knowledge of laws policies procedures and governance related to data protection and privacy.
  
• Awareness of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and blockchain.
  
• Technical expertise in computer networking concepts protocols and network security methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
