Job Title: Business Development Manager – Textile Industry

Job Location: Qatar
Industry: Textile / Garments / Uniforms / Apparel Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Development Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the textile industry to drive business growth, develop key accounts, and expand market presence. The role requires strong industry knowledge, client relationship management, and proven success in generating revenue through B2B and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and growth targets

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in textiles, garments, uniforms, and institutional contracts

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, government, and key B2B clients

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and contract closure

  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met

  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing strategies

  • Conduct market research to track competitors, trends, and customer needs

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports for management

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the textile or garment industry

  • Strong understanding of textile products, production capabilities, and costing

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets

  • Experience handling government, corporate, and large-volume clients

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • GCC / Qatar market experience preferred

  • Valid driving license is an advantage
