Project Engineer (Roads O&M)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Engineer (Roads O&M) to join our team in Doha this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing road operations and maintenance projects ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our road infrastructure.

• Develop and implement comprehensive road maintenance plans and schedules
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of road infrastructure to identify maintenance needs
• Analyze data and prepare detailed reports on road conditions maintenance activities and project progress
• Coordinate with contractors suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
• Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively
• Implement and monitor traffic management systems during maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with local and international road construction and maintenance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize road operations and maintenance processes
• Stay updated on innovative road maintenance techniques and technologies
• Participate in the development and implementation of road safety initiatives

Qualifications :

• Dipolma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in roads operations and maintenance projects
• Strong knowledge of road construction and maintenance techniques
• Experience with road infrastructure assessment and maintenance planning
• Understanding of traffic management systems and road safety standards
• Familiarity with local and international road construction and maintenance standards
• Knowledge of Qatars road infrastructure and local regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven time management and organizational skills
