This position is responsible for delivering a genuine fast accurate and efficient food & beverage service to our guests ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained according to our guests expectations.

• To welcome smile and greet our guests.
• Suggest and professionally upsell food & beverage products.
• To serve all our guests and team members with fast efficient and accurate service.
• Attend and accommodate guests reasonable requests and ensure all queries are responded to promptly and on time.
• To be knowledgeable about the menu and information about the food and beverage offerings available to answer guests questions.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure that orders are communicated to the kitchen and bar promptly and accurately.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma
• Previous F&B service experience preferably in a five-star hotel
• Knowledge about the Point-of-Sale System is an asset
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Basic Food Safety Certificate
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
