Supervisor-Steel Fitter

• Supervise and coordinate steel fitting and fabrication activities at site or workshop.
  

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings isometrics and specifications to guide fitting work.
  

• Allocate manpower plan daily work activities and monitor productivity and quality.
  

• Ensure all steel fitting works comply with project specifications safety standards and timelines.
  

• Coordinate with welding QA/QC and site engineering teams to ensure smooth execution.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
  

• Minimum 58 years of experience in steel fitting and fabrication including supervisory experience.
  

• Strong knowledge of structural steel fitting alignment measurement and fabrication practices.
  

• Ability to manage teams enforce safety compliance and meet project deadlines.
  

• Available to join immediately.
