Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Channelium Letter Bending Operator to fabricate high-quality channel letters for signage projects. The role involves cutting bending and shaping aluminum (channelium) strips according to approved drawings and layouts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in signage fabrication strong attention to detail and the ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate channel letters by cutting bending and shaping aluminum (channelium) strips as per signage drawings

• Operate manual and/or CNC channel letter bending machines

• Ensure accurate dimensions smooth curves and clean finishes on all fabricated letters

• Assemble channel letters and prepare them for further processes

• Coordinate with acrylic LED painting and finishing teams to ensure seamless production flow

• Interpret technical drawings layouts and design specifications accurately

• Perform quality checks to ensure fabrication meets company and client standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machines tools and work areas

• Follow all safety procedures PPE requirements and workshop policies

• Report machine issues material defects or safety concerns to the supervisor

• Complete assigned work within project timelines and production schedules

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or technical certification in a relevant field

• 1–2 years of experience in signage fabrication channel letter bending or related industry

• Experience operating manual or CNC channel letter bending machines

• Ability to read and interpret signage drawings and measurements accurately

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Knowledge of aluminum (channelium) materials and fabrication techniques

• Basic understanding of LED signage and acrylic components (advantage)

• Good hand-eye coordination and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
